How is this tier list made?
It ranks agents by what pro teams actually pick, not by opinion: the share of team line-ups on a map that included the agent. Win rate is shown next to each agent but does not move it between tiers, because at pro level almost every agent wins close to half its maps and the result depends more on the team than on the agent.
How are these numbers counted?
Each map of each finished pro match counts once per team, using the five agents the team played (from the match records on Liquipedia, CC BY-SA 3.0). Only matches Eloline has map data for are included.
